Students will learn to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot a small enterprise network, focusing on redundant topologies, configuring EIGRP and multi-area OSPF, understanding Wide Area Network technologies, device management and Cisco licensing.

Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices: Accelerated (CCNAX), is a instructor-led training course that teaches learners how to install, operate, configure, and verify a basic IPv4 and IPv6 network, including configuring a LAN switch, configuring an IP router, connecting to a WAN, and identifying basic security threats.

Implementing Cisco Collaboration Devices (CICD v1.0) is an extended hours 5-day course focusing on providing the skills and knowledge necessary to implement Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions. It covers administration of end-user interfaces, telephony and mobility features, and Cisco UC solutions maintenance.

Implementing Cisco Network Security (IINS) v3.0 is a 5-day instructor-led course focusing on security principles and technologies, using Cisco security products to provide hands-on examples. Using instructor-led discussions, extensive hands-on lab exercises, and supplemental materials, this course allows learners to understand common security concepts.
