The Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) has been battle-hardened over the last 20 years, creating hundreds of thousands of Certified Ethical Hackers employed by top companies, militaries, and governments worldwide.
CEH provides an in-depth understanding of ethical hacking phases, various attack vectors, and preventative countermeasures. This course was built to incorporate a unique, in-depth and interactive hands-on environment and systematic process across each ethical hacking domain and methodology, giving you the opportunity to work towards proving the required knowledge and skills needed to achieve the CEH credential.
In its 12th version, the Certified Ethical Hacker continues to evolve with the latest operating systems, tools, tactics, exploits, and technologies. CEH provides comprehensive training, hands-on learning labs, practice cyber ranges for engagement, certification assessments, cyber competitions, and opportunities for continuous learning into one comprehensive program curated through our new learning framework: 1. Learn 2. Certify 3. Engage 4. Compete.
This course details the current cybersecurity challenges plus teaches in depth the UMass Lowell NCSF Control Factory Methodology on how to build, test, maintain and continually improve a cybersecurity program based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. This program is focused on candidates who need a detailed understanding of the NCSF to perform their daily roles as cybersecurity engineers, testers or operations professionals. This course looks at cybersecurity risks and instructs students on the best approach to design and build a comprehensive technology focused cybersecurity program and business focused cyber-risk management program that will minimize risks, and at the same time, protect critical assets. Executives are keenly aware of the risks, but have limited knowledge on the best way to mitigate these risks. We will want to enable executives to answer the key question – Are we secure? **Please Note: NCSF Foundation is a Pre-requisite.**
This course covers the duties of those who are responsible for monitoring and detecting security incidents in information systems and networks, and for executing a proper response to such incidents. Depending on the size of the organization, this individual may act alone or may be a member of a cybersecurity incident response team (CSIRT). The course introduces tools and tactics to manage cybersecurity risks, identify various types of common threats, evaluate the organization’s security, collect and analyze cybersecurity intelligence, and handle incidents as they occur. Ultimately, the course promotes a comprehensive approach to security aimed toward those on the front lines of defense. This course is designed to assist students in preparing for the CyberSec First Responder™ (Exam CFR-310) certification examination. What you learn and practice in this course can be a significant part of your preparation.
The Internet of Things (IoT) allows organization to collect an extraordinary volume of data and new analysis tools can enable you to use this data to make well-informed decisions to be made quickly. But before you can successfully plan and implement an IoT solution, you must understand the various factors that will drive your decisions. Putting IoT systems into place can be a complicated proposition with unique considerations distinctly different from traditional IT solutions. This course will familiarize you with IoT components, understand the challenges that you may face, and make design decisions about your IoT projects.
