Artificial intelligence has arrived in everyday office work, but the benefits do not come by themselves. It makes a difference whether someone asks an assistant a vague question or gives it context, examples and a clear goal – and whether the organisation has rules on which data may be entered into such a tool at all. Our AI courses do not lead to a vendor certification, but to skills you can apply immediately.
For users, there are “Microsoft 365 Copilot in Everyday Work”, the advanced course for power users, “Working with Claude” and “Prompting That Works”. If you need to make decisions or lead a roll-out, “AI for Managers” gives an overview of use cases, risks and regulation, and “Introducing Copilot” covers governance, data protection and permissions. A comparison course looks at ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot side by side, so that you can justify your choice rather than guess.
Three assistants, three philosophies, and in the organisation the question of which one is good for what hangs in the air. This day is vendor-neutral: you work with all three on the same tasks and see for yourself where the differences lie — in text work, research, data analysis, and working with your own documents.
Just as important: what you must never enter into which tool, and how to recognise that.
One day for decision-makers, without technical jargon and without promises of salvation. It's about the questions that are actually on your desk: where does real benefit arise in our organisation, what does it really cost, what risks do we carry, and what does the law require of us.

This course puts you in a position to prepare a Copilot rollout properly instead of fixing it afterwards.
The course is aimed at those responsible, not end users, and does not lead to a certification. Content-wise, it covers a good part of what AB-900 examines.
For everyone who wants to go beyond the basic functions: Agent Mode in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, building your own agents with Agent Builder, an introduction to Copilot Studio, and the question of which recurring workflows are actually worth automating.
Two days, mostly hands-on at the keyboard. The course does not lead to a certification, but content-wise it prepares you well for AB-620, should you want to take that path later.
Copilot is licensed, but hardly anyone on the team uses it properly — that's the normal case, not the exception. This day closes the gap between "it's available" and "it saves me time". You work on real tasks in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, learn the moves that actually help in everyday work, and find out just as clearly where Copilot does not help.
The course requires no technical prior knowledge and does not lead to a certification. It is designed for immediate applicability.
Most disappointing AI results have the same cause: a prompt that's too vague. This day treats prompting not as a collection of magic spells but as a craft technique — with structure, context, examples and a feedback loop.
You work on your own tasks throughout. Bring along whatever really occupies you in everyday work.
