It is not the number of tasks that leads to overload, but constantly switching between them: emails, calls, interruptions in the open-plan office. If you do not consciously structure your day, you mainly deal with what is urgent and keep pushing what is important further back.
In our time management courses you develop a way of working that suits your everyday life. You learn to prioritise tasks by importance and urgency, plan realistically rather than optimistically, set aside uninterrupted blocks of work, and practise delegating tasks or even turning them down. Throughout, you work on your own to-do lists.
In this course, participants learn how to plan and organise themselves and their time more effectively. You get to know methods and tools to make your everyday work easier.
In this course, participants learn how to finally become masters of their inbox, saving time and nerves in the process.
