Our Cisco courses
Networks are rarely an end in themselves: they carry telephony, video conferencing, access to business applications and, increasingly, the connection to the cloud. Anyone who plans, operates or secures them needs solid knowledge of routing and switching, segmentation and access control, and the tools used to isolate faults systematically. Our Cisco courses follow the official learning paths and lead to the recognised certifications.
CCNA is the starting point, covering networking fundamentals, IP addressing, routing, switching and network security. The professional paths build on this: ENCOR and ENARSI for enterprise networks, SCOR for security technologies and CBROPS for running a Security Operations Centre. You will also find courses on wireless, data centre and unified communications. All courses include lab exercises on real Cisco equipment – as public courses, online or as in-house training.
The entry point into working in a Security Operations Center, and the basis for the CCNA Cybersecurity certification that Cisco created from CyberOps Associate in early 2026. You get to know security concepts, monitoring and attack patterns, analyse endpoints and network traffic, read PCAP files with Wireshark, and work with the incident response process per NIST SP 800-61. Note: the 200-201 exam is only available in English; the course is held in German.
The follow-on to ENCOR and the most popular concentration exam in CCNP Enterprise. The focus is on troubleshooting: EIGRP, OSPF and BGP in complex environments, redistribution between protocols, VRF-Lite and policy-based routing, plus MPLS and DMVPN, infrastructure security and operational services. The course replaces the retired ROUTE and TSHOOT formats. Note: the 300-410 exam lasts 90 minutes and is only available in English and Japanese.
The entry point into networking with Cisco and preparation for the 200-301 CCNA exam. In five days you build networks, configure switching and routing, set up IP services, secure devices and access, and learn the fundamentals of automation and programmable networks. The course replaces the old ICND1, ICND2 and CCNAX formats, which Cisco retired in 2020. Note: the exam is only available in English and Japanese; the course is held in German.
The mandatory core exam for CCNP Enterprise and CCIE Enterprise, updated to exam version 350-401 v1.2. You work with enterprise architectures, virtualisation, Layer 2 and Layer 3 infrastructure, network analysis, security and automation. Important: since v1.2, WLAN topics are no longer part of ENCOR – they have moved to the separate CCNP Wireless track. In their place, the automation domain is now called “Automation and Artificial Intelligence”. The course replaces the retired ROUTE, SWITCH and TSHOOT formats. Note: the exam is only available in English and Japanese.
The mandatory core exam for CCNP Security and CCIE Security. You work with network security and firewalls, VPN technologies, cloud security, content security with Secure Email and Umbrella, endpoint protection, and secure network access with 802.1X and Identity Services. The course brings together the topics of the retired SENSS, SISAS and SIMOS formats. Note: the 350-701 exam is only available in English and Japanese. Cisco has already published a v2.0 blueprint – the exam and course pages still reference v1.1, and no cut-over date has been announced; we will update the course as soon as Cisco makes the switch.
