Our Microsoft 365 courses
In many organisations, Microsoft 365 was introduced faster than it was understood. Licences have been assigned, Teams is running, SharePoint is filling up – and yet it remains unclear who is allowed to see which data, how mailboxes and permissions are managed and where recurring work could be automated. Our courses address exactly that: the administration of the environment and what users can actually do with it.
For administration you will find MS-030 Office 365 Administrator and Exchange Online administration; for switching from an older Office version there is a dedicated upgrade course. If you want to automate processes or build applications without traditional programming, start with the Power Platform: PL-900 as the foundation, PL-100 for App Makers, and the practical courses on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. All courses can be booked as public courses or as In-House Training, online or at your premises.
This course introduces the cloud-based web apps of Microsoft 365. You learn to find your way around the Microsoft 365 environment, co-author documents in SharePoint and OneDrive, and use productivity apps such as Planner and Viva Engage. You also work with Outlook on the web and communicate through chats, calls and meetings in Microsoft Teams.
This course introduces participants to the administration of SharePoint Online in Office 365 and explains and demonstrates the configuration options for SharePoint Online.
