The Practitioner course builds on PRINCE2® 7 Foundation and is aimed at everyone who applies the method in their own projects. The focus is on tailoring: you learn to adapt the seven practices and the seven processes to the size, complexity and environment of a specific project, rather than working through them schematically.

Using case studies, you work out the business case, project organisation, quality and risk management as well as progress control – and justify your decisions the way the exam requires.

A valid PRINCE2® Foundation certificate is required. The course prepares you for the official PRINCE2® 7 Practitioner exam from PeopleCert.

You deepen the theoretical knowledge acquired in the Foundation course and become an expert in the practical application of PRINCE2®. The course consists of the practical application of PRINCE2® and preparation for the Practitioner exam.

In the PRINCE2® Practitioner course, you work on a real-life scenario. In doing so, you experience the core principles of a PRINCE2® project and the process-driven workflow in practice, and put yourself in the various functions and roles. During the course you prepare for the official PRINCE2®-Practitioner exam.

You are a project manager or employee, manager, managing director, or work in the field of project support or change management. You want to become an expert in the practical application and implementation of PRINCE2®.

You need the PRINCE2®-Foundation certificate to be able to take the exam.
