The official Microsoft course on SQL Server administration has been discontinued, but the servers keep running — in many Swiss companies, very much at the centre of things. This course teaches the administration of Microsoft SQL Server 2022 in your own data centre, along with the bridges to Azure that Microsoft has since built in.
Four days, working throughout in your own lab environment. You install, configure, back up, monitor and optimise a SQL Server, and practise the real emergency: recovery.
Microsoft discontinued course 20461 «Querying SQL Server» without a replacement — the need remained. This course closes that gap: you learn SQL from the ground up and then work confidently with Transact-SQL, the SQL variant used by Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL.
The course is hands-on. From the first hour, you work in your own database environment with realistic datasets — no death by slides, but writing, running, understanding and improving queries.
One day for decision-makers, without technical jargon and without promises of salvation. It's about the questions that are actually on your desk: where does real benefit arise in our organisation, what does it really cost, what risks do we carry, and what does the law require of us.
Most disappointing AI results have the same cause: a prompt that's too vague. This day treats prompting not as a collection of magic spells but as a craft technique — with structure, context, examples and a feedback loop.
You work on your own tasks throughout. Bring along whatever really occupies you in everyday work.
Three assistants, three philosophies, and in the organisation the question of which one is good for what hangs in the air. This day is vendor-neutral: you work with all three on the same tasks and see for yourself where the differences lie — in text work, research, data analysis, and working with your own documents.
Just as important: what you must never enter into which tool, and how to recognise that.
Copilot shows every user exactly what they already have access to. This is precisely where rollouts fail: in SharePoint environments that have grown organically, that turns out to be a frightening amount. This course puts you in a position to prepare a Copilot rollout properly instead of fixing it afterwards.
The course is aimed at those responsible, not end users, and does not lead to a certification. Content-wise, it covers a good part of what AB-900 examines.
For everyone who wants to go beyond the basic functions: Agent Mode in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, building your own agents with Agent Builder, an introduction to Copilot Studio, and the question of which recurring workflows are actually worth automating.
Two days, mostly hands-on at the keyboard. The course does not lead to a certification, but content-wise it prepares you well for AB-620, should you want to take that path later.
Copilot is licensed, but hardly anyone on the team uses it properly — that's the normal case, not the exception. This day closes the gap between "it's available" and "it saves me time". You work on real tasks in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, learn the moves that actually help in everyday work, and find out just as clearly where Copilot does not help.
The course requires no technical prior knowledge and does not lead to a certification. It is designed for immediate applicability.
If you work in German-speaking Switzerland, there's no getting around German — in this course you learn Standard German while also being introduced to everyday Swiss language use. The structure follows the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, so you always know where you stand and what comes next.
You understand more complex texts and technical discussions in your own field of specialisation. You communicate spontaneously and fluently, making regular conversation with native speakers possible without major effort.

The fast track from ITIL 4 to ITIL 5: in a single day you cover only the new and changed content, above all digital product management and AI-enabled environments. Anything you already know is not repeated. The prerequisite is an existing ITIL 4 qualification at any level. The course is delivered as live online training in English and includes the exam – 40 multiple-choice questions in one hour, passed from 26 out of 40 points. Included are the exam voucher, e-books and the PeopleCert Membership Essential plan.
ITIL 5 is here – and replaces ITIL 4 Foundation as the entry point. The course introduces the new framework for digital product and service management: the ITIL Value Chain, guiding principles and the core service management concepts. New at the centre are value creation through collaboration, the lifecycle of digital products, and optimising value streams. The course is delivered as live online training in English and includes the exam. Included are an exam voucher, e-books and the PeopleCert Membership Essential plan; the course counts for 14 PDUs. Dates that are guaranteed to run are marked in the list of dates.
Broadcom has fundamentally restructured the VMware portfolio: vSphere no longer exists as a standalone product, only within the VMware Cloud Foundation or vSphere Foundation bundles. Certifications have also been redrawn – product-centric tracks like VCP-DCV are legacy, replaced by role-based certifications built around VCF. This course walks through building, operating and securing a VMware Cloud Foundation 9 environment and prepares you for the 2V0-17.25 exam for VCP-VCF Administrator.
The entry point into working in a Security Operations Center, and the basis for the CCNA Cybersecurity certification that Cisco created from CyberOps Associate in early 2026. You get to know security concepts, monitoring and attack patterns, analyse endpoints and network traffic, read PCAP files with Wireshark, and work with the incident response process per NIST SP 800-61. Note: the 200-201 exam is only available in English; the course is held in German.
The mandatory core exam for CCNP Security and CCIE Security. You work with network security and firewalls, VPN technologies, cloud security, content security with Secure Email and Umbrella, endpoint protection, and secure network access with 802.1X and Identity Services. The course brings together the topics of the retired SENSS, SISAS and SIMOS formats. Note: the 350-701 exam is only available in English and Japanese. Cisco has already published a v2.0 blueprint – the exam and course pages still reference v1.1, and no cut-over date has been announced; we will update the course as soon as Cisco makes the switch.
The follow-on to ENCOR and the most popular concentration exam in CCNP Enterprise. The focus is on troubleshooting: EIGRP, OSPF and BGP in complex environments, redistribution between protocols, VRF-Lite and policy-based routing, plus MPLS and DMVPN, infrastructure security and operational services. The course replaces the retired ROUTE and TSHOOT formats. Note: the 300-410 exam lasts 90 minutes and is only available in English and Japanese.
The mandatory core exam for CCNP Enterprise and CCIE Enterprise, updated to exam version 350-401 v1.2. You work with enterprise architectures, virtualisation, Layer 2 and Layer 3 infrastructure, network analysis, security and automation. Important: since v1.2, WLAN topics are no longer part of ENCOR – they have moved to the separate CCNP Wireless track. In their place, the automation domain is now called “Automation and Artificial Intelligence”. The course replaces the retired ROUTE, SWITCH and TSHOOT formats. Note: the exam is only available in English and Japanese.
The entry point into networking with Cisco and preparation for the 200-301 CCNA exam. In five days you build networks, configure switching and routing, set up IP services, secure devices and access, and learn the fundamentals of automation and programmable networks. The course replaces the old ICND1, ICND2 and CCNAX formats, which Cisco retired in 2020. Note: the exam is only available in English and Japanese; the course is held in German.
AB-900 is the new entry point into Microsoft 365 administration – now with a clear focus on Copilot and AI agents. In one day you get to know the core objects and security principles of Microsoft 365, understand how Copilot accesses data and which controls in Purview and Defender govern that, and carry out the key administration tasks for Copilot and agents yourself. AB-900 has replaced the earlier MS-900 exam, which was retired on 31 March 2026.
Exchange Server 2016 and 2019 have been out of support since 14 October 2025, and the paid ESU programme ends on 31 October 2026 – after that there are no more security updates. This five-day course takes you from stocktaking to ongoing operation on Exchange Server SE: migration paths, installation, administration, hardening and the hybrid changes that Microsoft forced through in 2025 and 2026. Hands-on course without certification – Microsoft has neither a course nor an exam for Exchange in its programme.
