The CompTIA A+ course offers you a dual benefit. Whether you work or want to work in a mobile or operational environment with a lot of personal customer contact, where customer communication and customer training are important, or in an environment with little customer contact and a focus on hardware tasks: this course provides you with the background knowledge and skills you need to be a successful A+ technician. It also supports you in preparing for the CompTIA A+ Core 1 (220-1201) exam. The CompTIA A+ certification requires both the Core 1 (220-1201) and Core 2 (220-1202) exams.
