PRINCE2® 7 is the seventh edition of the globally used project management method, published in 2023. In the Foundation course, you get to know the fundamentals: the seven principles, the seven practices – which in the new edition replace the previous themes – and the seven processes that guide a project from preparation through to closure.
PRINCE2 7 newly puts people at the centre: roles, collaboration and leadership within the project are explicitly addressed. Also new are sustainability as a separate performance target, as well as handling data and digital tools in the project environment.
You become familiar with the terminology of the method and prepare specifically for the official PRINCE2® 7 Foundation exam from PeopleCert. No prior knowledge is required.
