You set up websites and application pools, host ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core applications, secure access with authentication, TLS 1.3 and HSTS, manage IIS remotely and with PowerShell, and analyse errors systematically. To finish, you build a web farm with shared configuration.
Copilot shows every user exactly what they already have access to. This is precisely where rollouts fail: in SharePoint environments that have grown organically, that turns out to be a frightening amount. This course puts you in a position to prepare a Copilot rollout properly instead of fixing it afterwards.
The course is aimed at those responsible, not end users, and does not lead to a certification. Content-wise, it covers a good part of what AB-900 examines.
Dynamics 365 Business Central – Functional Consultant Certification Preparation MB-800
Dynamics 365 Business Central was developed and optimised for small and medium-sized businesses and is an application for companies whose entry-level solutions no longer meet their needs. Growing companies often find that their simple accounting software or older ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is no longer sufficient, because these solutions cannot keep up with rising inventory levels and transaction volumes, offer no integration with other business applications and have only limited reporting capabilities. Companies also face the logistical challenge of providing services with greater scalability, mobility and availability in the cloud. With Business Central you can manage your finances, automate and safeguard your supply chain, sell smarter, improve customer service and project performance, and optimise your operations.
MD-102 is the course for modern workplace management with Microsoft Intune – and the successor to the two former courses MD-100 and MD-101. You set up device enrolment and compliance, roll out Windows clients via Autopilot, manage Windows, macOS, iOS and Android from a single console, secure endpoints with Defender, and control apps and updates. The course prepares you for the MD-102 exam (certification «Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate»).
This course introduces the cloud-based web apps of Microsoft 365. You learn to find your way around the Microsoft 365 environment, co-author documents in SharePoint and OneDrive, and use productivity apps such as Planner and Viva Engage. You also work with Outlook on the web and communicate through chats, calls and meetings in Microsoft Teams.
For everyone who wants to go beyond the basic functions: Agent Mode in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, building your own agents with Agent Builder, an introduction to Copilot Studio, and the question of which recurring workflows are actually worth automating.
Two days, mostly hands-on at the keyboard. The course does not lead to a certification, but content-wise it prepares you well for AB-620, should you want to take that path later.
Copilot is licensed, but hardly anyone on the team uses it properly — that's the normal case, not the exception. This day closes the gap between "it's available" and "it saves me time". You work on real tasks in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, learn the moves that actually help in everyday work, and find out just as clearly where Copilot does not help.
The course requires no technical prior knowledge and does not lead to a certification. It is designed for immediate applicability.
Messaging administrators are responsible for managing hygiene, the messaging infrastructure, hybrid configuration, migration, transport, mailboxes and client access. Messaging administrators work with the security administrator and the Microsoft 365 enterprise administrator to implement a secure hybrid or cloud-only topology that meets an organisation’s business requirements.
This workshop introduces the development of extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL and Visual Studio Code. You set up a sandbox, create and extend tables, pages, reports and codeunits, and use events instead of changes to standard code. You also secure your extensions with tests, translations and Git, and learn how existing C/AL solutions are converted to AL.
In this workshop, you will learn to provision and visualise data from Dynamics 365 Business Central using Power BI.
This course explains the Production application area in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from a user's perspective. The chapters of this course cover the creation and processing of production orders. This includes setting up the module, setting up manufactured items and running production. This enables the user to understand what is being produced, what needs to be produced or purchased, and when this should happen.
The course also covers topics such as capacities, production planning and subcontracting.
Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow) offers automation solutions that let you efficiently integrate and automate external services and processes in SharePoint or Office 365. No programming skills of your own are needed – the work is done in templates and via drag & drop. In this training you will learn the functions, applications and possible uses of Microsoft Power Automate.
This two-day course is aimed at SharePoint users as well as team and project leaders who already have basic experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and who want to use this course to learn advanced key user or power user knowledge and skills for their teamwork.
The official Microsoft course on SQL Server administration has been discontinued, but the servers keep running — in many Swiss companies, very much at the centre of things. This course teaches the administration of Microsoft SQL Server 2022 in your own data centre, along with the bridges to Azure that Microsoft has since built in.
Four days, working throughout in your own lab environment. You install, configure, back up, monitor and optimise a SQL Server, and practise the real emergency: recovery.
In this course, you set up Microsoft Teams Phone as a phone system for your organisation. You choose the right PSTN connectivity, configure Direct Routing, dial plans, calling features, auto attendants and call queues, and implement emergency calling correctly. Finally, you monitor call quality and resolve typical faults.
This seminar is aimed at administrators who are interested in Microsoft Teams in general or who want to prepare for the "Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate" certification exam.

The course prepares you for the PL-300 exam (certification «Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate»).
PL-400 is aimed at developers who extend the Power Platform beyond what can be done with clicks: plug-ins and custom APIs in Dataverse, custom connectors, code components with the Power Apps Component Framework, Azure Functions for long-running operations, and clean application lifecycle management with pipelines and CI/CD. The course prepares you for the PL-400 exam (certification «Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate»).
Desired State Configuration has changed fundamentally with PowerShell 7: the Local Configuration Manager and pull server no longer exist there, while Microsoft DSC v3 describes the desired state across platforms in YAML or JSON documents. You learn which DSC variant to use for which purpose, write your own configurations and resources, and use DSC with WinGet Configuration and Azure Machine Configuration.
