Advanced Team Building

Duration: 1 day Dates: 16 November 2026 15 February 2027 31 May 2027 16 August 2027

This course addresses typical challenges in teams – groupthink, poorly managed consensus, one-sided leadership, conflict and mediation – and helps leaders keep their team on track. Often, simply being aware of an effect is enough for a leader to make the right decisions when leading a team. That's why the course includes many stories and case studies that help leaders get to know various leadership effects and remember the guidelines more easily.
